China National Machinery Import & Export Corporation, one of the biggest state-owned foreign trade enterprises engaged in the import and export of machinery and electronic products, has a glorious history of fifty six years. With great achievements we have made, CMC has now become a major channel of China’s foreign trade of machinery and electronics.
In the past fifty six years, CMC has an overall turnover of about US$83 billion in imports and exports. Our main imports are machine tools, forging equipment, aviation and transportation machines, agricultural machines, electric machines, electrician equipment, mining equipment, metallurgical machines, machines for general use and etc. from fifty-nine countries and regions. Our main exports cover large and middle-sized whole set equipment, technology projects, ships, railways and vehicles to 156 countries and regions in five continents.
CMC has experienced a stepwise process, from small to big and weak to strong, during which, generations of CMC people have contributed their youth and passion, together with supports from China’s central government, other government bodies, financial institutions, working partners, and clients. Our glorious history has always been a strong impetus for our future development.
